Peyton Wallace is a Washington native and lifelong resident of Thurston County. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Politics and French from Willamette University in Salem before pursuing his Juris Doctorate at the prestigious Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. During law school, Peyton refined his courtroom advocacy skills while externing with a Circuit Court Judge, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in legal proceedings.
As a dedicated attorney, Peyton brings both legal expertise and unwavering commitment to representing his clients in family law matters. His practice focuses on navigating complex legal issues, including divorce, child custody, paternity, and CIR cases. With experience litigating cases in both Thurston and Pierce Counties, Peyton is well-versed in the nuances of Washington family law. He is also an active member of the Thurston County Bar Association.
Outside of the courtroom, Peyton enjoys golfing and watching new movies. He is passionate about helping individuals and families in Thurston County through the challenging legal processes of Family and Juvenile Court.
